You can easily upgrade to the iBux Plus £1,650 limit Card by logging in online and selecting the ‘Upgrade’ button or by clicking on the yellow ‘Upgrade 1’ button to the right of the page.

The upgrade fee is £4.95 and you must have the available balance on your card if using this as a payment method.

When upgrading to the iBux Plus £1,650 limit Card, you are able to move your funds from your iBux Card by logging in online (20p) or by calling Customer Care (£1)

If you do not have an iBux Card, but would like to purchase an iBux Plus £1,650 limit Card, the cost is £7.95. You can pay using the below payment options. Click on the ‘Buy or Register’ button to the right of this page.

Upgrading to The iBux Plus £3,000 limit Card

Once you have upgraded to the iBux Plus £1,650 limit Card, you can upgrade again to the iBux Plus £3,000 limit Card. This card offers you a £3,000 maximum card balance which means that this is the maximum amount that can be on the card at any given time.

Click the ‘Upgrade 2’ button to the right of this page. The upgrade fee is £5 (and an additional £1 if upgrading via Customer Care). In order to upgrade to The iBux Plus £3,000 limit Card, you will need to supply the following:

1. Confirm that you’re personally registered at your address with at least two of the following:

• Home Landline Telephone Number
• That you’re registered on the Electoral Roll

OR

2. Send us a copy of photo ID in your name and a proof of address.
We accept the following documents:

Photo ID – a photocopied or scanned copy from the list below:

• The photo page of your passport
• Your EEA Identity Card
• Your UK photocard driving licence

Proof of address – an original document dated within the last 3 months from the list below:

• Mortgage/bank/credit card statement
• Evidence of entitlement to a state or local authority-funded benefit
• Utility bill
• Valid Vehicle Registration Certificate (copy acceptable)
• Council tax demand (dated within the last 12 months)

If your current card is valid for 12 months, you will be sent a new card valid for 36 months. Once you have upgraded to The iBux Plus £3,000 limit Card, you will be able to choose a Pay Monthly tariff (all iBux Plus Cards are on a Pay As You Go tariff by default). Please find below fees for both tariffs:

Pay Monthly - offers the best value if making regular transactions and ATM withdrawals.

Pay As You Go - most suitable if making less than 4-5 transactions a month

This change is free of charge, but any subsequent changes are charged at £5. Please see our fees section for all associated fees.

You can only upgrade to the iBux Plus £3,000 limit Card once you have upgraded to The iBux Plus £1,650 limit Card.

1. Print and take this barcode to your nearest PayPoint outlet

The retailer must scan this voucher and give you a receipt which will contain your payment code.

This will cost £7.95
