Upgrade to the iBux Plus £3,000 limit Card which will give you great benefit such as:
- Pay monthly tariff option
- Cheque cashing and standing orders option
- Move funds from card to card
- Have your salary paid onto your card
- No annual ATM limits
- Secondary card available to share with a friend or family member
To upgrade you will need to either:
1. Confirm that you’re personally registered at your address with both of the following:
- Home Landline Telephone Number
- That you’re registered on the Electoral Roll
Send an email providing your home landlne telephone number and confirming that you're on the Electoral Roll to customercare@ibux.co.uk. Please ensure you include your 9-digit customer ID number in the email title. Without this, we will be unable to process the upgrade.
OR
2. Send us a copy of photo ID in your name and a proof of address. We accept the following documents:
Photo ID – a photocopied or scanned copy from the list below:
- The photo page of your passport
- Your EEA Identity Card
- Your UK photocard driving license
Proof of address – an original document dated within the last 3 months from the list below:
- Mortgage/bank/credit card statement
- Evidence of entitlement to a state or local authority-funded benefit
- Utility bill
- Valid Vehicle Registration Certificate (copy acceptable)
- Council tax demand (dated within the last 12 months)

Remember to put your current iBux 9-digit customer ID number in the email title.
Please note: You must have the available upgrade fee (£5) on your iBux Plus £1,650 limit Card. Your order will not be processed otherwise.
If you currently have an iBux Plus Card that is valid for 12 months, you will receive a new card which will be valid for 36 months.
Once you receive your new card, you can move the balance from your iBux Plus £1,650 limit Card to your new iBux Plus £3,000 limit Card. If you do this, you will no longer be able to use your iBux Plus £1,650 limit Card. Alternatively, if you do not move the balance, you can use both cards until you reach your limits on the iBux Plus £1,650 limit Card.
